Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?

Sorry, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been placed.

I received my order and something is wrong, what do I do?

If you have received your order and there is a problem with it, please contact us within five days of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or wrong, please send us photos so that we can help you. How much is shipping and how long does it usually take?

We ship from Medellin Colombia. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except Colombian holidays. We take production from 3 to 10 business days and shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days, but this depends on the shipping company, you will be given a tracking number to track your order.
